2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

  • Users must ensure their login details remain confidential. EZMOLA is not responsible for unauthorized account use.

3. Product Listings & Purchases

  • EZMOLA provides a marketplace for vendors to list and sell their products.
  • Product descriptions, sometimes prices, and availability are provided by vendors under the supervision of EZMOLA.
  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed, and users will receive order details via email/SMS/phone.
  • EZMOLA reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

4. Payments & Pricing

  • Prices are displayed in Central African CFA Francs (XAF).
  • Payments can be made via mobile money (MTN, Orange), credit cards, or cash on delivery (where applicable).

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • Orders are delivered within the estimated shipping time displayed at checkout.
  • Delays may occur due to external factors (e.g., bad weather, strikes, or supplier issues).
  • Users must provide accurate delivery addresses; EZMOLA is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Users may return eligible products within 5 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
  • Some items (e.g., perishable goods, personal hygiene products) are non-refundable.

7. EZMOLA (Vendor) Responsibilities

  • EZMOLA assures product authenticity and relates to fair pricing.
  • False advertising, counterfeit products, or illegal goods are strictly prohibited by EZMOLA.
  • EZMOLA is responsible for timely order fulfillment in compliance with quality standards.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Prohibited Activities

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon.
  • Disputes must first be resolved through negotiation or mediation. If unresolved, legal action may be taken in Cameroonian courts.
